Our Program

Shelby Harper holds a diploma in Early Childhood Education and brings over 15 years of experience in a variety of educational roles. She is deeply passionate about supporting children and families, fostering growth through play-based learning, and creating an environment where every child feels valued and included. Born and raised in North Battleford, Mme. Harper now calls the community home with her husband, Mark, and their three children—her greatest joy. She is excited to bring her skills and experience to our preschool, helping to provide a safe, fun, and inclusive program that engages, nurtures, and inspires the children and families we serve.
